You must use Internet Explorer with Windows Media Player 9 or greater to view this file

Audio Issues:
In order to playback audio, you'll need the "Sipro Lab Telecom ACELP.net" audio codec installed. If you do not have this codec installed, please click here to download the codec.

After you have have downloaded the codec, unzip the "ACELPACM.zip" file which will create a folder named "ACELPACM" Double-click the "ACELPACM" folder to go into it and right click the file named:"acelpacm.inf" and click "Install" This will install the "Sipro Lab Telecom ACELP.net" audio codec that you need to playback the file. Once done, please retry playing the media file.

Sidebar Issues:
If you are having difficulties playing back the file through IE's media bar or you wish to watch the conference in Windows Media Player outside of the IE browser's 'Media Bar', please do the following (Click on the thumbnails to open the screenshot):

Step 1: Click on "Tools" and then click "Internet Options"

Step 2: Click on the "Advanced" tab option, then scroll down to the "Multimedia" section, then check the option named "Don't display online media content in the media bar" and then click "OK"

Step 3: Click on the "Refresh" icon or press "F5" on your keyboard to refesh this page to relaunch the conference.
